Win 2 flights and accomodation to Splendour in the Grass (SITG) 2023.

Purchase any Smirnoff product at the Rose Hotel ("Rose"), write your name and number on the back of a receipt and give it back to a bartender to go into the draw.

Instructions on how to enter and other details contained within promotional advertisements for this competition form part of the conditions of entry.
By entering the competition, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
The Terms and Conditions of this competition are governed by the laws of the State of Western Australia.
The competition is being run by the Rose Hotel Bunbury 27 Wellington St, Bunbury WA 6230.
The closing time for entering the competition is 9:59 PM 08/07/2023
Entry to the competition is limited to those who meet these terms and conditions.
To enter the competition, the entrant must:

a) Purchase an eligible product at Pre Drinks (after 8:30pm Saturday nights) b) Write their name and number on their receipt c) Submit a receipt to a staff member of the Rose who will enter the receipt into the draw barrel

Eligible products are (where available); Any mixed or packaged Smirnoff product available in the Bars (this includes cocktails and slushies with Smirnoff Vodka).
Eligible products cannot be substituted at the customer’s discretion.
Receipts are provided by a Rose staff on request by the entrant immediately following a purchase of an eligible product.
It is the entrant’s responsibility to request a receipt from a Rose staff member.
Entry to the competition is free. Any associated costs will be borne by the entrant.
Staff employed by the Rose and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the competition.
There is one prize. The Prize is 2 tickets to Splendour in the Grass 2023, 2 return flights from Perth to the Gold Coast, 2 return bus transfers from the Gold Coast Airport to Byron Bay, and accommodation from the 20th of July to the 25th of July 2023 in a private room in a Byron Bay hostel.
Unless expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions all other expenses are the responsibility of the winners (and their companions) including but not limited to current passports, visas, meals, spending money, transport to and from departure and arrival points, transfers, drinks, incidentals, mini-bar, laundry, room service, telephone calls, activities, gratuities, services charges, travel insurance, pre and post accommodation, optional activities or excursions and all other ancillary costs. A credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required from the winner at check-in to the hotel, for all incidental charges. Holidays are subject to flight and booking availabilities.
By entering this competition, and by collecting a prize, the winner acknowledges and accepts that driving, travel and any other activities comprising the prize, are inherently dangerous and may result in death, injury, incapacity, damage to property or other losses. The Rose is not responsible for any acts of god, such as adverse weather conditions or industrial action or civil commotion that may occur whilst the winner is travelling. It is the responsibility of the prize-winner to enquire about local issues and conditions at destinations prior to travel. The Rose does not guarantee that the winner will enjoy the travel prize or be suited to the type of travel prize that is offered.
Travel arrangements to and from the winner's home and Perth airport do not form part of the prize unless expressly stated in these terms & conditions and are the responsibility of the winner and their travelling companion/s. The winner must travel on the same flights and itinerary as their travelling companions. The travel prize cannot be used as part payment for another airfare package. Frequent flyer points cannot be accrued on this prize. Flights and accommodation are subject to availability at the time of booking and cannot be exchanged for other destinations. Travel restrictions & blackout dates apply. Embargo restrictions apply during certain periods. Bookings are subject to conditions & availability (including but not limited to capacity limitations and other restrictions).
All travel plans (flights and bus transfers) are set and can not be changed at the prize winners discretion
In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Rose then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
The draw will be by random barrel draw from all eligible entries received with the first entry drawn being the prize winner.
The prize winner will be contacted within 3 days of the draw by the Phone Number supplied on the receipt.
If the prize winner does not respond to claim the prize within 3 days of the draw, a re-draw will be conducted within 30 days of the original draw date, in the same location, and with the same method. Redraws will continue in the same manner until all prizes have been claimed by prize winners.
The entrant agrees to make best endeavours to provide necessary information to allow transfer of the prize to the winner.
The prize must be collected by the Prize Winner.
If a prize winner who has been contacted and been made aware of their prize winning, and has agreed to collect the prize or for which collection is the only method for receiving the prize, does not collect the prize within 3 days of this contact, a re-draw will be conducted within 6 days of the original draw date, in the same location, and with the same method.
The prize winner will be required to provide photographic evidence of their identity. The accepted method will be a valid driver’s licence, passport or government issued ID card.
The prize winner will be responsible for all costs associated with collecting and using the prize, including but not limited to missed flights, connections, transfers accommodation.
By entering the competition, the entrant agrees that they are over the age of 18 years.
The prize is not redeemable for cash or an alternative prize.
The prize is not transferrable.
The prize winner must participate in photographs taken at the draw of the competition and/or collection of the prize and consents to the repeat of these photos for infinity.
The prize winner’s name may be published in the Rose marketing including and not limited to the Rose website, Instagram and Facebook accounts. By entering the competition, the entrant grants the Rose permission to use their photograph and full name for any worldwide marketing purposes.
In entering the competition the entrant consents to entering the Rose’s prize winner database.
The Rose is not responsible in any manner whatsoever for any problems or any financial costs incurred, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other persons related to or resulting from participation in this competition.
The Rose accepts no responsibility and shall not be held legally liable or responsible for any accident, loss, injury or damage to any individual or property whether direct or indirect, whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise arising out of or in connection with the competition or the prize, either during or after the competition.
Entry into the competition signifies acceptance of all conditions. Entrants are required to abide by the Terms and Conditions as presented.
If the Rose suspects the competition has been tampered with in anyway the Rose reserves the right to pause the competition and, pending advice from the Department of Racing, Gaming and Liquor, restart the competition voiding all entries prior to the restart date.
The Rose’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
These terms and conditions may be amended during the competition. It is the entrant’s responsibility to regularly read and understand these terms and conditions.
The Rose reserves the right to amend the prize or offer a prize of similar value.
